Open for more! Please share if you think anyone might benefit.
I had great results after using this mask once a week for a month, so good that I purposely did not use this mask a month, and got some sun to darken my age spots again to show in this video. They didn’t disappear in a month, but faded markedly. I’ll return to weekly use now. I love Turmeric! hehe. Best to you! smiles. (Note: Please wear hats and whatever sunscreen works for you.)

Many couples find it very difficult to cope with it. And end living a melancholy life post-divorce.

Here is a guide for you, if you are newly divorced.

1. Make up your mind to deal with the loss. Try to overcome it. Just do not keep hunting for the reason. If you do so, you may get thousands of reasons to hate your ex. This may grow more animosity and will not let you go ahead in life. Hence, it would be smart of you to tackle these issues, wisely.

2. Try to live your life like you always wanted. Do not look back and try to make yourself feel like a victim. Remember, there was something missing in your relationship that did not trickle and hence divorce was the last resort, that you both have willingly opt for.

3. If you still cannot get through the phase you are actually in, try and seek help for psychiatrist. It will definitely help.

4. Learn to love yourself and keep in the company of people whom you always admire.

5. Drop all your inhibitions set free. And be open to other prospects. Who knows that may bring you to life after the devastating phase.

6. Live a lifestyle you always wanted. Bid bye to worries.

7. Dare to do stuff all alone. Be independent and there’s no feeling better than this.

8. 5. Discover a new side of yourself.

Have you just broken up with your Guy? If your answer is a yes then you must refrain from few things and especially you will have to be very careful while texting him.

Here are few basic rules to follow and stuff to avoid while texting your ex in order to avoid mishaps

#1. Be specific and do not text a single letter word that can put your ex in loop or let him wonder and presume your intentions behind texting him.

#2.Refrain from using flirty emoticons or even calling out with pet names. You cannot afford being cute to your ex.

#3. If you have committed a mistake of sending him a text at first now do not commit second mistake, which will show that you are badly waiting for the acknowledgement.

#4. No racy pics that you think may excite him should be shared with your ex at any cost.

#5. You must not beg or plead or apologies via texts to win your ex again.

#6. Do not show your desperation to win your ex back.

#7. Never ever try to jack him by your emotional cheesy lines, like ‘missin tym spent wd u’, can’t foget the days..’ so on and so forth.

A kiss can work wonders while making love. No matter what position you are trying out, small pecks to long lasting smooch can add fuel to fire.

# 2. While many people enjoy an aggressive partner, biting any part of their body before they are aroused may lead to pain and discomfort and this can turn out to be a big turn off and barring out all the possibilities of happening and wild encounters.

# 3. Ignoring everything but sexualized parts. Concentrating only on genitals and vagina is not a good option at all. There are various parts present on men and women’s body that can be aroused by gently caressing these areas will help excite your partner further; in turn, increasing the chances of them pleasuring you back.

# 4: Getting your partner chocked up by your weight. Big turn off indeed. If you do so, you would be scaring your partner more than seducing him. Try to do it on every possible condition.

# 5. Climaxing too soon/ too late could be a matter of concern for your partner. You must be considerate enough before ejaculating. As if you ejaculate too soon you will leave your partner dissatisfied and if too late, it has its own consequences.

Hygiene is the practice of cleaning parts of the body and is related to good health.
However, culture, countries and most important family influences the way you assume hygiene is to be and the way you practice it, a big time.
Hygiene can be categorized as oral, personal and food hygiene. Hygiene has a straight impact on your health. Hence, you must be very careful regarding every aspect that falls in the ambit of hygiene.
We all know about basic hygiene like bathing, washing hands, brushing in short keeping you self clean.

Benefits of good hygienic practices:
Hand wash prevents spread of germs and disease.
Menstrual hygiene changing tampons and sanitary towels every 4 hours during menstruation and washing at least daily prevents body odor, infection and skin irritation.

Daily washing – either a bath or shower, or even a strip wash, removes stale sweat from areas such as the groin, underarms and feet. This again prevents body odor, infection and skin irritation.

Oral hygiene – this is vital to prevent bad breath, gum disease and dental carries (resulting in fillings). Cleaning teeth and gums daily involves brushing teeth, gums, tongue and inside of cheeks for 2-3 minutes, dental flossing and possibly a mouth rinse too. Ensure you brush just before bed to prevent buildup of plaque through the night

Clean clothes – are also important as sweat will be absorbed into clothing and turn stale. Cotton underwear is best, as its natural fibers are less likely to smell or irritate.

What are the risks associated with poor hygiene?

There are many risks to poor hygiene. Here are a few common conditions:

1. Gastro intestinal bugs (diarrhea and vomiting) from poor hand washing techniques – supervise your young children’s hand washing and do spot checks occasionally, as they get a bit older. Keep finger nails clean and short
2. Skin irritation and infection
3. Body odor
4. Poor hygiene around menstruation and tampons can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome, a rare but dangerous bacterial disease
5. Dental problems, particularly gum disease, resulting in fillings or teeth extractions
6. Poor foot hygiene can cause odor, Athlete’s foot (a fungal infection between the toes) and skin irritation. Toenails should be cut straight across, kept short, and clean too.

Some great hygiene tips

1. A daily shower or bath – a shower is even more hygienic as you are rinsing the water off as you go and usually uses less hot water so it is great for the environment too!
2. Take particular care of your hygiene during your period and change your towel/tampon every 4 hours
3. Brush and rinse your mouth twice daily and visiting the dentist at least once a year
4. Foot care is vital – keep them clean, look after your toe nails and soak your feet occasionally too – it is great stress therapy. Pop some kiddies’ marbles in the dish too for a free foot massage.
5. Wear cotton underwear always
6. Change your underwear daily and other clothes that may be sweaty, particularly after sport or activity
7. Insist on thorough hand washing from the whole family – and any little friends who come to visit!

Too many events coming up. you are just finding chance to look like a diva and hit the dance floor.
Check out the tips that follows. They can be useful to you.

Tip #1 Wear a simple, elegant updo, like a sleek, polished ponytail. Hint: Keep frizz under control with a lightweight shine serum.

Tip #2Let your skin shine as luminous skin is your best accessory. Sweep highlighting powder in soft pink under your eyes and along cheekbones to brighten your face.

Tip #3. When in doubt, wear black. It always looks chic. Wear an eye-catching black top with the sophisticated detail at the neck and a touch of shine.

Tip #4. Be festive—paint your nails red. Apply a base coat first to prevent the deep color from staining nails.

Tip #5. Wear a statement ring to dress up a party look.

Tip #6. Pick the feature you want to play up and keep the rest of your look simple.

Tip #7. Flashy, fun jewels add excitement to any plain top or dress. Stick with a common theme when wearing jewelry. Here, jewel tones unite these silver and gold baubles.

Tip #8. Don’t be afraid to show off legs and arms. Apply a body lotion with a bit of shimmer to décolletage, arms and legs for some exciting sparkle.

Tip #9. Go bold and wear show stopping earrings. Try a pair that catches the light. We love these beaded chandelier earrings.

Tip #10. Keep brows well groomed—they’re the frame for your face.

Tip #11. Silk kaftans and revel knee length kaftans are among the best for a short dress look, without any fuss on waistlines.

Tip #12. Go minimalistic on neckwear if sporting long chandelier earrings or try teaming it with stunning flower power studs.

Tip #13. Choose comfortable, smart footwear to party all night.

Glycerin has proved to have natural soothing and cooling effect on your skin. It is majorly used during winters, when your skin turns extremely dry and calls out for extra moisture than usual. Glycerin draws oxygen into the skin thus helping it retain moisture and hence can be used for your hair too.

You can easily apply glycerin onto your skin but problem arises when you apply it to your hair. Here are few tips for you to follow while applying glycerin to your skin and hair.

Tip #1: Prepare a hydrating glycerin hair spray by mixing equal quantities of vegetable glycerin and water. Shake well. Add three drops of an essential oil and spray on after showering and let your hair dry naturally.

Tip #2: Glycerin moisturizes and helps skin cells to mature. Glycerin accelerates the healing process, reduces bruising and promotes tissues and cells to repair themselves.

Tip #3: Quick concoction can hydrate your skin and moisture it thoroughly. Mix one part glycerin, one part honey and two parts water or milk. Add oatmeal to get a thick texture and apply on the face. Rinse off after 20 minutes.

Tip #4: Never make use of pure glycerin on your skin or hair. It may pull out moisture from your skin and hair, resulting in blistered skin and a brittle mane. Dilute glycerin and use it along with jojoba oil in such conditions.
